1. Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the conditions outlined below.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Be in its original packaging.
- Have all original tags, labels, and protective stickers still attached.
- Be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or are not in their original condition will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
3. Non-Returnable Items

- Downloadable software products.
- Some health and personal care items.

4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

- Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to send back your item.
- Do not send your item back to us before receiving an RMA number and return instructions, as it may delay or prevent your refund.
5. Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a damaged or incorrect item).
When shipping an item back, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and follow the return initiation process.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order number. We will assess the issue and arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs if applicable.
