Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping Costs

Order Tracking

Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or if it remains unclaimed, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping charges and any return shipping fees incurred.
  • If your package appears to be lost or stolen after being marked as delivered, please contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim. While we will assist where we can, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
